6 Top tips to a
smooth installation
1. Please ensure that your room is completely clear of all
furniture, carpets and soft furnishings before we start.
2. Any building or preparatory work must be complete before
the installation begins. This includes the moving of electrical sockets and any
pipe work. Unique Bedrooms can provide all trades to oversee this preparatory
work or the customer can source their own tradesmen.
3. We will always try to keep dust to a minimum although
there will be some in the short term. We therefore advise that you keep other
rooms and windows closed during this period. Please note we pride ourselves on
a "clean working environment" policy and ALWAYS ensure the room is
clean and tidy after each day's work.
4. Check when is best to decorate your room. Depending on
the type & complexity of installation, we may advise you to wait until it
is completed before decorating.
5. The same goes for the fitting of carpets.
6. Ensure there is a clear route to the room where your
furniture is being installed; this enables us to work more efficiently while
navigating your home.
